We don’t require previous poultry experience, just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will be:

• A strong communicator, comfortable building rapport with farmers, colleagues, and industry partners.
• Enthusiastic about developing a specialist career in the poultry sector.
• Adaptable, practical, and prepared to learn quickly with support from the company.
• A competent driver with a full, clean driving licence and comfortable with daily travel.
