M R Tizzard Ltd is a large forward thinking Organic dairy business involved with 7 block calving grazing dairies, mainly based near Sherborne, Dorset. The dairies supply milk on premium contracts, to Arla & Mcdonalds. We also grow cereals with most contracting operations under taken in house.

We are looking for a graduate farm business manager to work with our family management team involved with running all aspects of our multi-site dairy farming business. Please note this is a year maternity cover role with potential for continuation.

The business has expanded steadily over the past thirty years and has a track record of growing people within our team.

The ideal candidate would be enthusiastic and self-motivated with a keen interest in dairy. Will need to be computer literate and have good communication skills at all levels. Training & support will be provided from our existing team to help the candidate grow in the role with further responsibility offered as experience allows.
