EC Drummond Poultry is the largest and fastest growing independent broiler business in the UK. We are looking to recruit a Graduate/Assistant Manager for the growing poultry broiler business covering Herefordshire, Yorkshire, East Anglia and the West Midlands. Working alongside the current management team you will learn processes and procedures of the businesses from day-to-day work on the farms through to management budgets. You may be required to assist in training and progression of farm managers and assistants, progressing them through induction processes. We envisage after a successful period of time been able to progress through the business. This role has been created to future proof our business going forward.
