From our farm and adjoining “Farmentary” in Ledbury, we do everything. We grow the apples in the orchard and then we pick them and turn them into premium apple cider vinegar. Then we bottle it, create new and exciting recipes with it, put it on social channels, talk about it with the press and influencers, and share it with people at trade shows and fairs. Finally, our sales and export team sell it to our lovely independent customers in the UK, supermarkets, distributors, and customers overseas.
