We are a well-established, family-run game farm in Somerset seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working with pheasant and partridge, alongside beef cattle.

This is a practical, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, with livestock, and who takes pride in doing jobs properly.

The role will include:

• Rearing and daily care of pheasant and partridge
• Feeding, watering and maintaining pens to a high standard
• General game farm duties throughout the season
• Beef cattle work including feeding, bedding and routine stock tasks
• General farm and yard maintenance as required

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous livestock or countryside experience (game or cattle experience preferred but not essential)
• Has good attention to detail, particularly in livestock care and daily routines
• Is reliable, hard-working and able to work independently, while also being comfortable working as part of a team
• Enjoys outdoor work in all weather conditions
• Holds a full UK driving licence
