ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Internship programme runs for 12 months from August 2021. It covers all aspects of life at Daylesford, from tending to the soil in our Market Garden, to working at The Wild Rabbit, showcasing what makes us unique. You’ll also experience Production, Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing, and much more – everything that makes our success possible. It’s an extremely hands-on programme with many unique learning opportunities. Many of our interns go on to have successful careers in the business and wider industry.
Experience isn’t essential, but we do require lots of enthusiasm, a passion for good food, and a belief in farming organically and sustainably. You’ll need to be adaptable with a thirst for knowledge. Great people skills and a good sense of humour are a must. Good levels of English and Maths are also desirable. This is a paid internship programme.
