Description
How to Apply
We are a family run arable farm on the Essex/Cambridgeshire border and are seeking a skilled and highly motivated arable operator.
The role is varied including, but not limited to, the following:
- Primary and secondary cultivations
- Crop protection/spraying operations
- Grain store duties
- Countryside stewardship activities
- Corn carting
- Telehandler work
- Farm and machinery maintenance
The successful candidate will:
- Be willing to learn from more experienced colleagues
- Be a team player and can use their initiative
- Have competency in workshop activities and machinery maintenance
- Hold a full driving licence
- Hold a PA1, PA2, PA4S qualification
- Hold a telehandler ticket
Additional training can be offered for the right candidate if certificates are not held.
Salary dependent on experience.
