How to Apply

Are you passionate about farming and ready to take the reins of a thriving, large-scale milk production operation? We're looking for a Farm Manager to help us grow and maintain our organic farm, nestled in the stunning landscape of Inderøy—recently named Norway’s most beautiful town (2021).

Our family-run farm offers an exciting and diverse working environment, where you’ll manage everything from livestock and plant production to farm operations. You'll be supported by a close-knit, dynamic team and receive training to ensure your success in the role.

About the Farm
Our farm - Vatn Liesker Økologiske - produces approximately 300 tonnes of organic milk annually with the help of a state-of-the-art milking robot and modern infrastructure. In addition to dairy production, we grow grass and grain on 650 daa of farmland, some of which is dedicated to producing our own concentrated feed. We are also proud hosts of Inderøy Andelslandbruk, a small community-based organic vegetable farm. Situated by Lake Granavatnet, the farm offers not only a bustling agricultural hub but also incredible outdoor activities, with fishing, hiking, and skiing opportunities right on your doorstep. The area boasts an active cultural scene, great schools, and strong cooperation with neighboring farms.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a motivated, organized, and enthusiastic individual who is excited about the future of sustainable, organic farming.
Our ideal candidate will:
● Have education in agronomy or substantial agricultural experience.
● Be skilled at organizing and streamlining farm operations.
● Have experience or a passion for organic agriculture.
● Be innovative and open to exploring new ways to improve farm profitability.
● Have a keen interest in livestock, food production, and the agricultural community.
● Be knowledgeable of HSE regulations and able to ensure safety standards are met.
● Thrive in an interdisciplinary and cooperative agricultural environment.
