We are looking for an experienced and energetic Farm Manager to join our home farm team to manage our 70-acre farm and laying poultry flock.

The Role

You will be responsible for all agricultural areas of the farm. This includes the daily farm management including land management, stock rotation, general farm and equipment maintenance, poultry flock management and daily running, and supporting the packing of duck and quail eggs and associated tasks.

Working as a key member of the management team you will ensure that our farm operates in a planned, organised, efficient and safe way, whilst maintaining our family culture. As a values led business our standards are essential to our success. You will need to always ensure a culture of compliance of standards.  Reporting into the farm owners.

You will be responsible for delivering high levels of GMP, food safety and integrity standards.
