About the role
As the FAI Intern, you will bring value to FAI’s offering in Regenerative Agriculture by helping to implement the day to day running of the 1200 acre regenerative farm. The farm is unique in its position of driving progress towards tackling our twin challenges of climate change and biodiversity
loss in a commercially sustainable way.
The farm’s primary enterprise is beef production, with arable and forage currently integrated into the system.
Ongoing regenerative agriculture training will be provided to support your transition but an appreciation of the importance of farming with the aim of improving soil health, ecosystem processes and agricultural systems which seek to mimic nature is key to this role.
