Show Direct is an equestrian event company primarily involved with the Blue Chip Winter Show Jumping Championships, British Dressage Winter and National Championships and the Trailblazer Championships Series.
The Event Administration Co-ordinator role is office based in Pendock, Gloucestershire (10am – 5pm weekdays, with flexible options), with relocation on-site for each event. Show Direct are currently seeking a well organised and forward-thinking professional to join the team on a full-time / part-time basis in a dog friendly office. There is the potential for some remote work, depending on the individual.
This very rewarding role is suited to a well organised and friendly person who has previous office experience and preferably approximately a year’s event experience.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:
- A can-do attitude and attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, confident in meeting new people
- Forward thinking and able to prioritise
- Work in a professional manner using their own initiative
- Become a vital an important part of the team
- Able to stay away (for multiple days) at events
