It now supports over 2.8 million cattle from 6,500 farms across the UK, EU, US and Australia. We are constantly developing a suite of tools which will help farmers make better informed decisions improving animal management and animal health to deliver a production base fit for the future.

Join the team behind the UK’s leading livestock app, helping over 6,500 farms manage 2.8 million cattle worldwide. As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll support farmers and supply chain users to get the most from Breedr, answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and turning farmer feedback into real product improvements. You’ll need a solid understanding of farming (ideally cattle), great communication skills, and a genuine desire to make farmers’ days better.

About You

  • Proactive and trustworthy to work independently in a remote environment
  • Motivated to continually learn and develop new skills
  • Able to work on multiple different tasks and prioritise the most important, managing your own time
  • Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills internally and externally
  • Some agricultural experience is essential - ideally within the cattle industry.
  • A desire to make farmers’ days better
