Jackson-Stops in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, is currently seeking a Commissioning Agent to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum for full-time hours, with part-time hours also considered on a pro rata basis.

As a Commissioning Agent, you will play a pivotal role in writing and producing high-specification sales brochures. Your responsibilities will include liaising with print suppliers, coordinating with photography and video companies, and leading the creative process from start to finish.

To excel in this role, you must have a detailed understanding of the residential property market, be confident in interpreting property title documentation, and planning history. Applicants should possess an intuitive understanding of the complexities surrounding the sale of residential and agricultural properties valued at over £1 million. Strong communication and organisational skills, along with impeccable written English, are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively, keen attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach are also key requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with two highly experienced directors who will provide guidance and training for the role.
