How to Apply
Juliet is a neighbourhood restaurant in Stroud - a casual bistro-style dining space with small bar and window counter seating. The cooking at Juliet celebrates seasonal produce; taking inspiration from France and Italy, we source the best European and British produce for our menu which is made up of considered dishes designed to share, ranging from appetisers and smaller dishes to larger plates cooked on our grill. The bar offers an ever changing menu of wines by the glass and bottle, from artisanal wine makers within Europe, alongside a cocktail menu.
Requirements
Experience working in hospitality is desirable but not essential. An interest in food and wine and a willingness to learn is what we look for in our staff.
