How to Apply

Clubleys is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors operating throughout North, South, West and predominantly East Yorkshire.

We are a multidisciplined company with Estate Agency operating from four offices, an Agricultural and Rural Services department and a Residential Surveys and Valuation department.

Within Agricultural and Rural Services we are involved in all the usual areas of work including sales, lettings, valuations, advising on tenancies and other occupation arrangements, succession planning, subsidy and grant applications, advising on renewable energy projects, rural planning etc. We also have a significant involvement in promoting and marketing land for development.

Following a recent restructuring of the business we are looking to grow the Agricultural and Development side of the business and looking to add to our team.

We are inviting applications from candidates with several years post qualification experience to take on the role of a Senior Rural Surveyor, and also from candidates who have recently graduated and are working towards MRICS qualification or who have recently achieved RICS status to take on the role of an Assistant Rural Surveyor.

The successful candidate for the Assistant Rural Surveyor will:

  • Have entry level experience in, or working knowledge of the different aspects of rural practice work
  • Have initiative and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and self organise
  • Have an agricultural background
  • Be flexible, versatile and adaptable

Structured APC/CAAV support will be available if applicable.

A competitive salary package will be offered commensurate with experience, and there are real long term prospects of career progression within the firm. The opportunities are available as soon as possible.
