Gasson Associates are looking to recruit a Junior/Trainee Farm Consultant to join our team in North Oxfordshire.

We are a Rural Consultancy Business providing full Farm and Estate Management and Consultancy; Environmental Schemes and Grants advice; Property Management; and Bookkeeping services to a diverse client base throughout the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from our experienced consultancy team in conjunction with a variety of land managers across a wide range of farming enterprises.

Responsibilities (will not be restricted to): 

- Develop and manage client relationships

- Offer advice to support the application of environmental schemes and associated grants

- Advise on current and future legislation and guidance

- Mapping services, at times with mobile GPS device

- Farm surveys and data collection

- Assist with the preparation of budget and cashflow reports

- Assist with work to complete medium- and long-term business strategies

- Assist with diversification and development projects on farm
