What You’ll Do:
We work on some impressive projects with some really great clients. You'll get involved with everything, as we believe this is the best way for you to learn:
Assisting with professional work such as:
- Valuations
- Diversification projects
- Renewable energy schemes
- Grant sourcing
- Business plans
- Compulsory purchase/utility schemes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Farm and rural estate agency
- Farmland investment and development scheme
- Assisting in general estate and farm management
- Property management and maintenance
- Creating and updating reports, inputting agreements, carrying out rent reviews, managing tenants' rents.
What You’ll Achieve:
You'll get the chance to grow with us. In fact, we really want you to progress and will do all we can to help (particularly with the daunting challenge of preparing for your APC, for which we have a fantastic first-time pass rate!).
You’ll also be enrolled on our 2-year graduate development programme which will focus on personal effectiveness and impact, commercial and financial awareness and client delivery skills. This will develop you beyond your current technical expertise, building a strong foundation for your career in the property sector.
Part One: a programme which will see you become involved in a range of skill development activities and networking opportunities, not just with other graduates, but with key senior stakeholders too.
