Harvest worker required for a 1000ha arable farm forming part of a larger
Bedfordshire estate. The farm follows the principals of Regenerative Agriculture and utilises RTK guidance and controlled traffic systems. There is a small heard of British White Cattle, (100 head total), and 200ha of environmental plots.

The work will include, but not be limited to; grain carting, topping, cattle work, mole ploughing, loading lorries, slug pelleting & GFW. There is the possibility (for the right candidate) for some drilling work as well. The farm uses modern JD tractors, JCB loadall and class combines. Work hours are 40h basic, but overtime is expected during busy periods.

Dates for employment are not fixed. Start from now to early July, finish early Sept to mid-October.

Full UK driving licence is essential. Telescopic Forklift & PA4 tickets advantageous but training would be given and to the right candidate.

Familiarity with Greenstar would be an advantage (again training would be provided)

Package includes free accommodation; pictures can be provided. Pay dependant on experience but is competitive.
