How to Apply
Our excellent graduate programme and APC support aims to provide you with the best start and progression opportunities in your professional career to become a Chartered Surveyor and beyond.
As a graduate surveyor in our infrastructure team you will dive into a variety of exciting projects, playing a crucial role in building a sustainable infrastructure network aimed at achieving net zero.
Our Infrastructure Services Division (ISD) work spans from small-scale maintenance and refurbishment projects to acquiring rights for nationally significant infrastructure projects, involving hundreds of landowners. You will play a pivotal role in successfully delivering these schemes from day one, across the water, electricity, gas and hydrogen markets.
You’ll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a broad range of work with no two days being the same! Our graduates are involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from land referencing and negotiating of survey access to securing consents for works and settling compensation claims.
Your work will not only involve infrastructure projects above the ground but also, below it, from maintenance and repairs of existing infrastructure to brand new projects on a national scale. You will help shape the future of our communities, ensuring access to water, electricity and fuel for generations to come. You will be fully emersed in a fast-evolving surveying sector, playing a critical role in achieving the Government net zero targets by 2050.
