We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Operations Assistant to join our friendly, flexible team and support both vineyard and winery. The Role

As a Vineyard Operator, you will support all aspects of vineyard operations — from pruning and canopy management to tractor work — while also assisting in all winery operations. Working closely with both the Vineyard Manager and Winemaker, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of practical tasks in both the vineyard and winery.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Physically fit, reliable, and enthusiastic to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Positive work ethic.
• A proactive team player with great attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Flexible and willing to work extended hours during busy periods (especially at harvest).

Desirable skills:

• Experience operating tractors or vineyard/farming machinery.
• PA1 and PA3 spraying qualifications.
• Equipment maintenance and repair experience.
• Trailer licence.

Essential:

• Full UK driving licence.
