The Role

The current job role is a general farm worker with the opportunity to take on more responsibility including spraying, combining, and other roles in the future including operations manager/foreman for the right enthusiastic and interested applicant.

Requirements

Enthusiastic and interested in farming and the countryside, takes pride in their work, and how the farm looks and operates from the crops to the ditches.

A reasonable level of maths, practical, good problem solving ability, mechanically minded.
