Job Description: This role offers a unique opportunity for agricultural graduates to apply their knowledge of the agricultural sector while developing valuable customer service and operations management skills. The successful candidate will provide top-notch customer support, troubleshoot software issues across various channels, and work directly with farmers, trusted advisors, retailers, and manufacturers in the agricultural sector. This position allows graduates to apply their agricultural knowledge in a technology-driven environment while staying connected to the agriculture industry.

Requirements
Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred. Minimum requirement: 2:2 or equivalent
Passion for agriculture and the agricultural technology sector
Strong customer service and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
Ability to work with farmers and agricultural professionals
Enthusiasm for learning about agricultural software and technology solutions
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Comfortable using various communication channels for customer support
