Schroders is a global investment manager that helps institutions, intermediaries and individuals around the world invest money to meet their goals, fulfil their aspirations, and prepare for the future. Their purpose is to provide excellent investment performance to their clients through active management.

You will either be assigned to Real Estate Fund Management - managing a portfolio of property assets, or Real Estate Asset Management - managing specific assets and their tenants within a portfolio. You could also support Fund Management in evaluating investments, Asset Management in improving and leasing properties, and the Sustainability team in enhancing building quality and reducing environmental impact.

Requirements

Must be studying an honours degree in Built Environment, Real Estate, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Geography, Urban Planning and Land Economy, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences and Climate Studies .

A good working knowledge of document production software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to understand Schroders' target audiences.
