We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Graduate to join our team in Rushden. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest or background in the agricultural industry, combined with practical knowledge of digital marketing and social media. You will support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand communications that strengthen our presence within the agricultural sector, as well as our emerging commercial and private client markets.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools such as social media scheduling platforms, email marketing systems, and/or basic CMS use.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to create visual content using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.

Desirable Skills

• Strong understanding or practical knowledge of the agricultural industry (e.g., farming background, relevant coursework, or prior work experience).
• Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, or basic PPC advertising.
• Photography or videography skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
