Stags is a multi-disciplinary firm of Estate Agents and Chartered Surveyors which has been operating in the South West of England for over 150 years. As well as being leading Estate Agents in the region, the firm has an established Professional Services division which provides a range of technical advice and professional services to landowners, farmers, property owners, investors and professionals.

We have 23 offices across the region including five Professional Services “hubs” located in Taunton, Tiverton, Exeter, Totnes and Launceston from which we cover the whole of the West Country.

We are a Partnership run firm, without faceless individuals, offering a friendly and supportive working environment, with access to a variety of skills and knowledge to be shared.

Requirements

Applicants will ideally be studying a RICS accredited degree or looking to start a RICS accredited apprenticeship degree in September 2026 with relevant work experience or placements.

• Able to work on your own initiative or as a team
• Good working knowledge of IT
• Organised with a high level of attention to detail
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met
• You will be confident in your abilities and interested in driving and expanding the business
• Adaptable
• Full UK driving licence
