About the role
Carrs Agriculture are a global specialist of feed supplements for cattle, horses, sheep and goats. The manufacture and supply of nutritional supplements under well respected brands, including molasses-based feed licks and gradual-release boluses. These products help to improve animal health and enrich the diet of all types of farm animals.

The Group manufactures feed blocks in a variety of wholly owned and joint-venture facilities located across the UK, Germany and the USA. These products are supplied through a distribution network across the UK, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand and North America.

Our Graduate Scheme provides an exciting opportunity to grow alongside Carrs Agriculture across multiple key business functions- spanning commercial and end user relationship management, technical support, marketing and operations. It is a great opportunity for a newly qualified individual to develop skills.

Working with recognised brands, in a rapidly evolving growth business. Initially an 18-month programme, with potential to become permanent.

Key requirements
• Degree or equivalent in Agricultural or Ruminant Nutrition
• Commercial awareness within ruminant agriculture
• An enthusiastic, team-first, problem solving approach to providing product solutions
• An inquisitive approach- keen to delve further into novel technical situations
• An outgoing, confident approach- keen to question colleagues and customers.
• Ability to work remotely as part of a team

A full driving licence is required as the role will require extensive travel to manufacturing sites, events, and distributors.
