The Savills Insight Programme is a paid, one week, internship for first year undergraduate students to provide a great work opportunity and to help us attract and nurture talent from diverse backgrounds. This programme will address our current under representation in the industry and support candidates from global majority backgrounds, lower socio-economic backgrounds and candidates with a long term health condition into the business and industry.

Savills Insight demonstrates how Savills works, and what real estate means, allowing students to shadow one of our graduates for one week, in a division that interests them.

It is a valuable chance for first year undergraduate students considering property amongst their options for a career, and especially to those who think Savills could be the employer of choice for them.

Insight is also a great way to strengthen an application for our summer scheme.
