With a vast variety of exciting events throughout the season, including featured race days and private functions, this is a unique opportunity to be right in the heart of the action.

This is a great part-time opportunity for anyone looking to go into the hospitality industry, or just looking for some extra money alongside their studies.

Bar Staff:

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, maintain a clean and organised bar area and ensure all transactions are handled efficiently.

Waiting Staff: Provide exceptional table service, take orders accurately, serve food and drinks, and attend to guests’ needs throughout their stay.

Hospitality Staff: Assist in VIP areas of the racecourse, private boxes and hospitality suites, and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests.

• Advise guests on all products available within the venue.
• Promote a friendly and welcoming environment.
• Ensure that your area of work is adequately stocked with glassware, ice, condiments and other appropriate sundries.
• Prepare and lay up restaurants/boxes for service.
• Keeping your area of work and public areas clean and tidy before, during and after opening hours – adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.
• Ensure orders are dispensed, correctly recorded, and authorised for billing purposes.
• Ensure orders are processed through the tills in line with prescribed Racecourse procedures.
• Handle cash, stock and equipment in a secure manner.
