Job Overview:
Join our team as a Tractor Operator and play a vital role in maintaining equipment, operating a range of equipment within our contracting business. As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for operating tractors and related equipment to a high standard on our own farm and for our customers within our contracting company. This position is perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical knowledge and a passion the job. You should fit in well with our small team on our family farming and Agri contracting business.

A candidate with some experience in the sector but wants to further their career then training can be given, as well as putting the successful candidate through their 360 digger ticket.

A works van and fuel card is available to the successful candidate after a successful trail period.

Qualifications:

- 360 digger ticket
- Prior experience in operating tractors, diggers or similar heavy equipment
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
