An exciting opportunity has arisen for a general farm worker to join our family farming business in Warwickshire. We are an arable and poultry business growing cereals, with general farm and estate duties.
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Worker. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day operations of our farm, including telehandler operation, crop cultivation, and general farm maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for agriculture.

We would like to see the following qualities:

• Prior experience in agriculture or a related field preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate farm vehicles (e.g., tractors, trucks)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• A safe operator with a desire to look after and maintain machinery.
• To show own initiative, for example overcoming challenges such as machinery breakdowns.

The candidate needs to hold a Full Driving License and further training can be provided.
