How to Apply
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the environment to join our existing, experienced team members in this varied and interesting physical outdoor role. We are working on a large portfolio of new plantations, which was pioneered with us planting 500 acres of fast-growing hardwood for mass timber.
This role will evolve, be varied and with it so will your opportunities alongside any required training. As part of this project you will be supporting the management team in this long term project in Norfolk and Suffolk. This is now the perfect opportunity to step into a position that you can essentially grow into and thrive. Team player and proven work ethic key.
Requirements:
- Practical background, preferably in the forestry/horticulture sector beneficial
- Habitat management understanding beneficial.
- Machinery operating, telehandler and PA sprayer experience is highly beneficial.
- ATV and chainsaw experience is also beneficial however not essential at this stage.
- Self-motivated, efficient work ethic with a flexible practical hands-on approach is a must
- Be a true team player.
- Physically fit.
- Highly disciplined.
- Driving Licence essential
- Prepared to travel to our different locations in Norfolk
