Our Land Agency is seeking to recruit a graduate surveyor to assist the team whilst working towards their RICS and CAAV qualifications.

The variety of work is hugely varied, including Estate Management, Landlord & Tenant, CPO casework, acquisition and disposal of land, renewable energy negotiations, and client consultancy work. No two days are the same and the successful candidate will be joining a dynamic department within a well-respected firm.

This is a full-time position for a graduate surveyor based in our office in central Cardiff. Applicants will require a driving licence and car.
