Lord Rayleigh's Farms Ltd, a progressive 2900ha arable faring estate based just north of Chelmsford, requires capable and self-motivated harvest workers, who are willing to do plenty of overtime work to assist with the harvesting of combinable and root crops, and to carry out cultivation work.

Primary duties are likely to include grain carting with the possibility of root crop carting, cultivating and all aspects if estate work with modern John Deere and New Holland machinery.

A full UK driving licence is vital, tractor and machinery operation experience would be preferred but not essential as training can be provided.

Good rates of pay and on-site accommodation are available.
