Cross Section Equestrian Ltd is a dynamic and innovative start up designing and developing equestrian equipment. We are committed to delivering premium sustainable horse wear. Growing our digital presence is a key strategy of our marketing plan and we are looking for a motivated student to join our team to gain valuable hands-on experience.

There is opportunity to get involved in any aspect of the business from product development through to sales and operations, depending on the candidates’ personal requirements to develop their skills in a particular area and the job description below can be tailored to the individuals’ exact requirements, but some involvement in the following tasks is desired:

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Social Media:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.).
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.

Shopify & E-Commerce Management:

• Update and maintain our Shopify store, including adding new products, editing descriptions, and ensuring an optimal user experience.
• Assist with inventory management, sales tracking, and promotional campaigns on Shopify.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

• Conduct keyword research to optimize website content and product listings for search engines.
• Assist in crafting meta descriptions, alt text, and SEO-friendly blog posts.

Campaign Support:

• Assist in designing and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, influencer partnerships and photoshoots.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing initiatives aligned with brand goals

We are looking for a motivated, versatile, and enthusiastic student to join our equestrian brand start-up. This role is ideal for someone passionate about equestrianism, excited by the challenges of a growing business, and eager to dive into multiple aspects of the company’s operations.
