How to Apply

The Role

Stags are looking to recruit a Rural Graduate/Apprentice Surveyor to join our Early Careers Programme to start in September 2025.

The position will be within our Professional Services department and will include hands-on client facing work from the start. There will be a broad spectrum of work which could include:

  • Formal “Red Book” Valuations
  • Estate Management
  • Farms, Land and Rural Lettings
  • Planning & Development
  • Landlord & Tenant
  • Compulsory Purchase & Compensation
  • Grants & Subsidies

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the department during an exciting period of growth and to build a career with a well-regarded South West property firm.

We strongly believe that it is important for Trainees to gain a broad range of experience and therefore also arrange for them to spend time in other departments such as residential agency. This will not only be essential in working towards professional exams but will also help to work out what type of work you enjoy.
