A fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Rural Surveyor looking to progress their career in rural surveying, with support to obtain their MRICS/FAAV qualifications, to join the Sheldon Bosley Knight Rural Land Agency Department,

The Role:

• You will be supporting the Rural Land Agency Department with various tasks related to rural property management and professional services
• This includes tasks such as estate management, valuations, assisting with farm tenancies and agreements, advising on farm support schemes, and handling land sales
• You will also be involved in administrative tasks like managing grants, claims, renewals, repairs, property inspections, and data management

Skills and Experience:

• Able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Strong organisation skills, able to prioritise own time and workload
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and good keyboard skills
• BSc Graduate in Rural Estate and Land Management or equivalent
